social value

Supporting the communities in which we work and being able to deliver longlasting social impact is something that is high on the priority list for Highway Traffic Management.

Our Workforce

Having supported our workforce in a number of ways over the years, donating to charity events and sponsoring impressive activities for fantastic causes, HTM have established a Community Support Fund which enables employees to apply for funding for their social value projects, from football kit sponsorships to charity boxing matches and bike rides.

Local Communities

We work within our local communities on a variety of projects, from volunteering at local charities to helping with projects such as relining playgrounds and helping to create more vibrant and engaging environments for children. We also work with local charities and bodies such as The Hive College Birmingham to help provide work experience opportunities for students with additional needs, meaning they can build up experience on their CV and understand what to expect within the world of employment.

Social Enterprises

HTM has a history of working alongside and supporting social enterprises such as the RBLI (Royal British Legion Industries) which is a national veterans charity that supports the Armed Forces, people with disbilities and who are unemploye, and Nordis Signs, who also work with people with disabilities, making up 80% of their workforce.
