HTM are looking forward to the return of face-to-face events and will be exhibiting at the Highways UK show at stand H70.

They last exhibited at the industry trade show in 2018, but a lot has changed since then, with impressive growth over the last 12-18 months resulting from internal progression and promotion within the business and talent coming up through the ranks.

The company’s restructure in late 2020 supported this growth and the trade show brings along the opportunity to get out there and introduce some new faces to the industry. “Last year was our most successful year to date and to have been able to achieve that, even during a global pandemic, is a real credit to the business. We’ve also grown the team significantly, with much of that being organic growth progressing within HTM, but also bringing in new faces to help us continue to expand and offer the same standards of service to the industry that we are renowned for,” said Marcus Casey, Business Director.

The trade show is being held at the NEC during the 3rd and 4th November with the key themes of innovation, sustainability and investment. Sustainability is already top of the agenda for many TTM companies and something that is already on the radar for HTM, who were the first company to gain the PAS 2060 carbon neutral certification. In addition to this, the business has one fully electric vehicle within their fleet and also upgraded 50% of their management vehicles from diesel box vans to hybrid plug-in vehicles, with plans to become a carbon negative company on the horizon.

The company are also proactive in regards to innovation, in various forms, earlier this year introducing a BMW R1100RT to the business, to support faster responses and a more flexible approach when it comes to repairing vehicles out on the road.

Investing in the business is also nothing new for the family-owned business that has been running for over 26 years, as the new HTM headquarters are beginning to take shape. “The space is ready for work to commence in the new year and we’re looking forward to the contemporary, modern feel that the new offices will offer,” said Managing Director, Greg Baldwin.

“Investing in this space will reap long-term benefits to our business as it will encourage even more collaboration across the business and with what we’ve got planned, it’s going to be a very positive and inspiring place to be.”
