The traffic management sector is a huge industry, but for those who are looking to break into the industry at entry level, there isn’t a huge amount of information out there about what life can be like as a Traffic Management Operative. To help bridge the gap and give some insight into what the industry can be like and what to expect, we’re introducing our
‘Meet the Team’ series, where we will be catching up with different people from across the business and the roles they play within the HTM family.
Our first conversation took place with Natasha Benjamin, one of our Traffic Management Operatives who is based out of our Birmingham depot.
