Highway Traffic Management Confirmed as One of the Fastest Growing Companies in Europe – AGAIN!

Highway Traffic Management proudly announces its inclusion in the prestigious Financial Times FT1000 list for the second consecutive year, moving from 902nd on the list in 2023 to 747th for 2024.

This accolade reaffirms the company’s commitment to excellence and its sustained growth in the not only the traffic management sector but the wider competitive European market.

The FT1000 list, compiled by the Financial Times in partnership with Statista, recognizes Europe’s fastest-growing companies based on compound annual growth rate (CAGR) over a three-year period. Highway Traffic Management’s remarkable performance, characterized by consistent growth, strategic vision, and dedication to customer satisfaction, has secured its position among the continent’s top companies.

As a key player in the highways sector, Highway Traffic Management continues to grow and succeed within the market by focusing upon key elements of the business such as nurturing and promoting the company culture, which all help the business to attract and retain the right talent, as well as work collaboratively with clients and continue to provide a top tier service that prioritises delivery without compromising on safety.

MD Greg Baldwin shared his thoughts on the company’s continued recognition on the FT1000 list, stating, “Earning a place on the FT1000 list for the second year in a row is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team. It reflects our unwavering commitment to delivering excellence in traffic management solutions whilst prioritising our people and our focus upon safety. We are honoured to be recognized among Europe’s fastest-growing companies.”

Highway Traffic Management’s achievements are a result of a holistic approach to business, with forward-thinking strategies that have not only driven its growth but have also enabled them to establish new bespoke training and development programmes that are unique to the business.

“We are always looking at how we can invest in the business to support and develop our people, from our in-house training programmes to welcoming office spaces, to new technology and equipment that offers better user experience for our teams working out onsite,” commented Greg.

In addition to its inclusion in the FT1000 list, Highway Traffic Management has recently had two members of their leadership team shortlisted for the Leadership Awards (West Midlands), taking place in March of this year, following several awards shortlists and a win at the Construction Marketing Awards for Best Contractor Campaign last December. These achievements underscore the company’s position as a leader in the field and highlight its ongoing commitment to excellence.

“I’m immensely proud of the achievements of the business since Greg stepped into the role of Managing Director. To accomplish something like a place on the FT1000 list for two years in a row shows the continuous hard work and commitment of our people, across each level within the business, ultimately driven by Greg’s strategy for HTM” said company Chair, Keith Baldwin.

As Highway Traffic Management looks ahead, the company remains dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation, enhancing its product and service offerings, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. The FT1000 recognition serves as a powerful motivator for the team to continue driving positive change within the industry.
