Hosts DSI Baldwin and DCI Casey led guests through the investigation, with 7 suspects and plenty of clues, evidence and office gossip to be reviewed to try and determine the killer of our victim who had been disliked by many of his co-workers.
ESG Coordinator, Kayleigh Sheward, commented:
“It’s been really fun to come up with another fundraising event that’s a little different to normal! Getting such good engagement from our suppliers is always great to see, especially when trying out a totally new fundraising concept.”
Managing Director, Greg Baldwin, said, “It’s been great hosting another fundraiser to continue to raise funds and awareness for pancreatic cancer. Sadly, half of people with pancreatic ancer die within three months of diagnosis, something which happened to us when we lost our founder – my Dad – to the disease in 2024. As you can imagine, it was quite a shock. Ensuring people know what symptoms to look for is just as important as raising funds.”
Up to Speed Training and Assessments Ltd, Consilium Technical Services, Forton Supplies, Fusion Communications and Enterprise were all in attendance, supporting the evening to raise an impressive £915 for the charity.
The company also hosted a raffle with prizes donated by various local businesses, all which supported further donations across the evening towards Pancreatic Cancer UK.
