- Highway Traffic Management Successfully Achieves Recertification for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 Standards
Highway Traffic Management (HTM) is proud to announce the successful completion of its recertification audit for ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems).
Following a thorough 14-day audit of their Integrated Management System, HTM demonstrated full compliance with all standards, receiving no Non-Conformance Reports. The recertification audit, part of the three-year ISO certification cycle, involved a comprehensive review of their systems and processes and highlights HTM’s ongoing commitment to excellence.
HSEQ Director, Matt Higgs, commented, “This achievement is a true reflection of the hard work and dedication of everyone across the business. Quality, environmental responsibility, and health and safety are deeply embedded into HTM’s culture, and this successful recertification reinforces our commitment to delivering exceptional service and to our vision of being Streets Ahead.”
No non-conformances were identified within the audit, but some valuable opportunities for improvement have been highlighted and will help shape the HSEQ department’s priorities for the next 12 months.
With the support of their ESG Coordinator, they are implementing new initiatives focused on continuous improvement and reviewing how internal audits and procedural management are conducted.
“These audits provide invaluable insight and can help us understand how we can improve even further in regards to our internal processes, so these opportunities for improvement are a great steer for us in that respect,” Matt continued.
HTM remain focused on continually enhancing their management systems, ensuring they meet and exceed the expectations of their clients, their people, and the communities in which they work.
